There are 2 places available for six months’ free office space for people wishing to start their own businesses. Those wishing to apply for one of these offices need to complete the application form attached. Once we have received the completed form, applicants will be invited to present their business ideas to three of the Steering Group members, including myself. The three Steering Group members are responsible for deciding which two applicants should get the six months’ free office space. Our decision will be based on your form and your business presentation.
Our office sizes range from 12 square meters to 17 square meters. The facilities also include a communal kitchen and a hot desk room with a computer, which can be booked for small private meetings. The building also has free Wi-Fi internet access. A conference room is also available, measuring 24 meters squared, which has a good sized conference table and chairs, and a projector. We have 24 hour Red Care security and a fob entrance system. The office is on the Tiber site on Lodge Lane, which is in a regeneration zone; this means that there are a lot of new shops, cafes and places to eat. The offices are also on the bus route to the City Centre and easy parking is available, making the offices easily accessible.
Many people have already shown interest in our non-free offices, so this is an opportunity for new ventures to save hundreds of pounds which could be used to finance their businesses.
To ensure that you get one of these offices before somebody else does, please feel free to give us a call. Our prices range from £145 a month for the smaller offices, and £203 a month for the larger offices.
