Join us for a workshop with a difference. Rachel Ray of Bright & Beautiful will help unravel the mystery that can sometimes surround franchising. With help and sound advice from hands on experience this workshop is fun informative.
Rachel took a career break to have her family after working in Australia and London as a Chartered Accountant and Business Consultant. She decided to take a different path and spotted a gap in the market for an ethical, eco-friendly professional home care business and Bright & Beautiful was born.
Her unique franchise model trains women all over the UK to manage a team of professional housekeepers and regain quality time back for themselves and families. With tunrover of £100k some of Rachel’s franchisees are doing extremely well and are able to work hours to suit their needs.
Domestic cleaning is largely unregulated and workers don’t receive holiday or maternity pay and there is very little quality control. Busy people are looking for a professional and quality team to look after their most expensive asset.
